Attack on Titan S4 ep 27 preview trailer has fans excited

The preview trailer for Attack on Titan season 4 episode 27 was aired following the credits on last week’s installment.

The title for the next episode in the epic final season is “Retrospective” and will focus on the continued battle at the Paradis Island port between the Jaegerists and the newly-minted saviours of the world.

We first see Reiner destroying the building that Floch was holding Lady Azumabito in, as Annie fights the Jaegerists whilst protecting her nape from the thunder spears.

Magath is talking with Hange and Lady Azumabito, but Hange appears to be suspicious at something that the Azumabito are saying; possibly about how their motivates are still centred around money and resources.

The trailer then shows a bloody Mikasa wiping blood away from her face as Floch also battles through injury to continue fighting against the new team of Scouts and Marleyans.

“Hesitate and die. Aim the gun and pull the trigger. All while believing the betrayal leads to saving the world.” – Attack on Titan 86 preview.

Fans react to an emotional episode in “Traitor”

Last week’s episode of Attack on Titan was titled “Traitor” and focused on the mission to retake the flying boat used by the Azumabito at Paradis Islands’ port. Whilst the initial rouse was successful, the situation quickly escalates as the Scouts and Marleyans launch an attack on the port.

In one of the most emotional scenes in the entire series to date, we see Armin and Conny confront Daz and Samuel, two former cadets who are busy preparing explosives on the flying boat. Their plan to fool the Jaegerists goes south and Armin is shot several times, but just before his brains are blown out, Conny is able to shoot both Daz and Samuel.

“Someone has to be the one to stain their hands with blood.” – Conny, Attack on Titan 85.

As one user has stated on Twitter“This scene here worthy of cinema bro, Armin and Connie actors of the year without more, delivered too much.”

Epic artwork showcases a Toxic Titan

The Nine original Titans each have their own distinct look, but that doesn’t mean that fans can’t fantasise about just how awesome they could look under different circumstances.

This week, an incredible piece of artwork from Deviant Artists ‘Itsbxd’ has gone viral, showing a ‘Toxic’ Titan.

The image itself has been shared across social media platforms worldwide, showcasing a Colossal Titan with terrifying toxic green goo dripping from its features – which look even more deadly in the pale moonlight.

Itsbxd has produced 23 pieces of art so far on the official website, with notable standouts being of Dr Stone, My Hero Academia and the YouTuber KSI.
