The ending song for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean part 1 is called ‘Distant Dreamer’ and is performed by Welsh artist Duffy.

The single appeared as the 10th track on Duffy’s 2008 debut studio album, with the 37-year-old writing the hit track alongside fellow singer and producer, Bernard Butler.

The album that ‘Distant Dreamer’ originates from is called ‘Rockferry’ and peaked at 4th in the US billboard 200 but topping the UK OCC albums chart.

The opening theme song from the recently released anime season is also called ‘Stone Ocean’ and is performed by Ichigo from the Kishida Kyoudan & The Akeboshi Rockets band.

Kishida Kyoudan & The Akeboshi Rockets are a Japanese rock band that is currently signed to Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and NBC Universal Entertainment Japan.

The band formed in 2004 and has featured in various anime soundtracks before, including the opening for Highschool of the Dead, A Certain Scientific Railgun and Sirius the Jaeger.

The soundtrack to JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean is composed by Yugo Kanno, who worked on the previous seasons too.
